Shock Doctor Knee Brace, Shoulder & Calf Support - Shock Doctor Stockists
Shock Doctor is renowned for research and innovation. The company consulted with dentists, orthodontists, athletes, parents and their children in order to produce the “first engineered mouthguard” in 1993. The mouthguard was quickly adopted by both professional and amateur athletes alike.
In 2002, the original version of the Gel Max mouthguard was launched, followed rapidly by a guard which could be worn with braces. 2004 saw the introduction of a new product line – core protective equipment: followed the next year by core protective clothing. In 2011 performance sports therapy equipment and wear was brought into the product line, followed by a range of recovery compression items, including compression knit products for the outdoor market. Now they're just as well known for their Shock Doctor knee support, Shock Doctor Shoulder Brace & Shock Doctor Calf brace.
Today, Shock Doctor sells 12 different patented mouthguards. They offer the wearer multi-layering and custom gel-fitting. They are extremely light in weight and are very low profile, allowing the wearer to breathe and speak easier. They have also excelled in Sports Medical products such as the 875 Ultra Shock Doctor Knee Brace.
On 22nd March 2016, Shock Doctor signed NBA All Star DeMarcus Cousins as a new Athlete Ambassador to promote mouthguard awareness.
