Product Information

We normally re-stock within 2 weeks but to be sure you can always ask us. Alternatively you can use the notify me button on a product that is out of stock you will get an email notification when it is back in stock.

We have a size guide for every product that comes in different sizes. Click on the Size Chartbutton above the add to cart button for the product you wish to purchase.

In general it is recommended that you hand wash all your products unless specified otherwise on the product label or packaging.

All products come backed by us and our international brands. Most products outside of cast covers and protective gear are known to last for years. Should they give away, especially within a year, please get in touch with us.

Order Information

Our team usually needs 1 business days to pack and ship your order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Our cutoff is 1:30pm every business days. Orders placed after 1:30 pm, or over the weekend, will ship on the next business day.

We do ship internationally, however, due to the size of some products, there may be shipping restrictions on these items. If you have a special order you’d like to place with us just contact our team and we can try our best to ship the item to your desired location!

Yes we do! We don't believe in taking your money for the sake of it. If you are not happy with a product/item you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days. What's the catch? The item and the packaging that it comes in has to be in excellent condition (almost like it hasn't been worn). Please don't continue to wear it after you realize it's not for you.

For returns we'll send a label and deduct $8 from the refund to cover the postage. For exchanges we'll cover the postage costs both ways! More info here

We send you regularly updates via email and mobile (if mobile number was listed during checkout). It's common for customers to enter in the wrong email address and so they do not get notified when an order has been dispatched. In that case please get in touch with us here

With free standard shipping it can take up to up to 6 business days for most metropolitan areas. Express Post is usually 1-3 business days. We recommend keeping an eye out in our shipping page for the latest updates.

We use PayPal and Shopify Payments as our payment processors as they offer extremely safe and secure methods of online payment. For Credit Card payments we accept Mastercard & Visa.

Shopify payments makes it possible for you to use Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Making it even more convenient for you!

We also offer AfterPay for easy and flexible payment via 4 equal installments. Note: We have a $75 minimum for AfterPay due to the high fees they charge.
