NDIS, Private Health Insurance & Workers Compensation

For years we have been providing quality products for NDIS, workers compensation or for private health insurance claims. We have outlined the process below:

Most of our items can be claimed without issue however it's always best to read the fine print and verify with the relevant parties. We are unable to determine that for you due to the many variables with insurance. Scroll down to the relevant section:

 

    Private Health Insurance

    Each health fund process may differ, they usually will ask for an Invoice/receipt (which is provided upon purchase), and/or a referral from your GP or specialist; we strongly recommend you call them directly to reconfirm a possible claim process in case there has been any sudden policy change in particular to the product you are looking to purchase.

      1. Make your purchase online like you would any other order
      2. We will send the items out immediately upon receiving payment (Instant with PayPal, AfterPay or Credit/Debit Card)
      3. Submit your invoice/receipt to your health insurer
      4. Your health insurer will reimburse you

       Note: There's no need to fill out the form below for private health insurance rebates

       

      NDIS Claims

      If You Are Self Managed:

      Option A: Pay Upfront

        1. Fill out the form below and we will send a customized invoice with a link for payment
        2. We will send the items out immediately upon receiving payment (Instant with PayPal, AfterPay or Credit/Debit Card)
        3. Submit your invoice/receipt to NDIA yourself

           

          Option B: Pay Later

            1. Fill out the form below and we will send a customized invoice with a link for payment
            2. The invoice includes payment details for you to upload to the portal/system
            3. Once you receive the funds, you can pay us directly using the payment details included in the invoice.
            4. Please put your invoice number as payment reference.
            5. We will post the item to your preferred address and send you the tracking number upon receiving payment.

               

              Claim Is Plan Managed:

                1. Fill out the form below and we will send a customized invoice with a link for payment. Either on behalf of yourself (the participant) or if you are a plan manager then behalf of the participant
                2. The invoice includes payment details for you to upload to the portal/system
                3. We will post the item to your preferred address and send you the tracking number upon receiving payment from the Plan Manager/3rd Party Agency.

                  Workers Compensation Claims

                  1. Complete the contact form below with all the information requested
                  2. We will respond back with a quote/invoice which includes our bank details that can then be forwarded by you to the relevant parties
                  3. After funding has been received we will dispatch the order ASAP.

                  Note: Please make sure no cheques are sent, we only accept bank transfer.
