Buying online can be tricky, we get it! That's why we have a 45-day free returns and exchanges policy. That's return, postage paid returns and exchanges so there's no out of pocket expenses for you.

There is one ask from us, all products have to be returned in an as-new condition. You're allowed to try on the product to judge fit and suitability (with the exception jockstraps, underwear or testicular supports for obvious reasons). More info here

In general it is recommended that you hand wash all your products unless specified otherwise on the product label or packaging.

All products come backed by us and our international brands. Most products outside of cast covers and protective gear are known to last for years. Should they give away, especially within a year, please get in touch with us.
