1. What if a product is out of stock, when will you receive it?

We normally re-stock within 2 weeks but to be sure you can always ask us. Alternatively you can use the "notify me" button on a product that is out of stock you will get an email notification when it is back in stock.

 

2. How do I know if a product will fit me?

We have a size guide for every product that comes in different sizes. Click on the "Sizing Guide" tab for the product you wish to purchase.

 

3. Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

Yes we do! We don't believe in taking your money for the sake of it. If you are not happy with a product/item you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 15 days. What's the catch? The item and the packaging that it comes in has to be in excellent condition (almost like it hasn't been worn). Please don't continue to wear it after you realize it's not for you. The postaging cost to return the item to us (for a refund) and the postaging cost to send the correct size item to you (for an exchange) will be the customers responsiblity. 4. How long does your delivery take?

If you choose our free shipping option then delivery can take up to 5 business days, usually much less. Alternatively you can choose to pay extra for Express postage ($5 flat fee), which is guaranteed next business day delivery. Items are dispatched at 9:30am every business day. 5. How do I use a coupon?

Coupons can be used when you view your cart. After adding product(s) to your cart, view your cart. There you will see an option to use your coupon.

6. How do I pay? What credit cards do you accept?
